seclusion. The cottage opens onto a spacious deck and floats, providing access to several miles of

island-studded river views - perfect for kayaking or rowing.

Living spaces are designed for easy summer living, with room to gather, unwind, and enjoy views of

the surrounding landscape. The cottage provides everything needed for a comfortable seasonal stay

The cottage Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests:

Upstairs: One bedroom with a double bed, futon, and closet - your

private retreat with water views.

Downstairs: The living room couch folds out to a double bed, providing

flexible sleeping space for additional guests or families.

The ground floor includes a comfortable living room, full kitchen, and

bathroom - everything you need for easy coastal living.

The kitchen is well-appointed for preparing meals with local seafood

(lobsters and fresh catch are avaliable right on the wharf), and the

living area provides a cozy space to relax after a day of exploration.

Large windows frame the ever-changing water views, bringing the

outdoors in. This is a place meant for slow mornings with coffee,

leisurely afternoons reading, and quiet evenings watching the sunset

paint the sky.

The spacious deck and float offer front-row seats to the morning
